Overview
Welcome to the DFICU Zoom Connector Support centre. If you experience issues installing, authorising, or using the app, this page contains quick help, contact channels, and technical notes for developers and administrators.
Support Channels

- Expected response times:
- Acknowledgement: within 24 hours
- Critical issues (app down / OAuth failing): response within 4 hours during support hours
- Non‑critical issues: response within 48–72 hours
How to Report a Problem
Please include the following when you raise a ticket:
- Your name and organisation
- Email address
- Zoom account email used
- App version (visible on the App settings page)
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Expected behaviour vs actual behaviour
- Date/time (with timezone) the issue occurred
- Any error messages, logs, or screenshots
Common FAQ (quick answers)
- Q: What permissions does the App need? A: The App requests permissions required to schedule meetings, view meeting metadata, and optionally view recordings if you enable recording sync. Review the OAuth consent screen before installing.
- Q: Will the App record meetings automatically? A: No. Recording is only saved to our systems if you explicitly enable recording sync in the App settings and consent to storage of recordings.
- Q: How do I revoke the App’s access to my Zoom account? A: Revoke access from your Zoom marketplace or account integrations page. Contact us if you need assistance.
